Health Assurance

At Home Members receive many quality services to support a healthy and safe lifestyle. Our program is designed to help them make the most of their retirement years.

CONTINUING CARE COORDINATION:
Members stay connected with appropriate health care services when there is a change in health status for planned or unplanned events.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE SYSTEM:
Each member receives a personal medical alert button for access to emergency responders 24/7.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES:
At Home Members receive one free medical transport every month to meet their needs.

Home Care

Benefits included in At Home Membership will enrich your retirement experience.

CONCIERGE SERVICES:
Internet down? Need help changing an appointment? We’re on call for you 24/7.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE:
Receive help around the house for routine upkeep and important annual inspections.
